You will end the academic year with a 16-week internship (minimum) in a company to collaborate on project management.

You will also get the possibility to obtain a Double Degree with a Partner University through an exchange program (subject to conditions).

Company Internships

The Bachelor in Management includes compulsory internships every year of the program. This adds up to three internship periods, which are full-time and take place after lessons have ended. In addition, these internships are progressive, which means that they increase each year in terms of duration and the responsibility you are given within the company.

As a consequence, graduates will have accumulated about a year of professional experience by the end of the Bachelor in Management program (the mandatory minimum to graduate is 8 months).

The internships enrich the curriculum for the students and significantly facilitate their integration into the job market. As students work in various departments and sectors, internships also help them to discover what they do and do not like,

As long as the internships match all the school’s requirements, they can be completed in any type of company, sector of activity or country.

  • Year 1: sales or customer relations internships – minimum 8 weeks
  • Year 2: internships as an assistant in a functional area of a company – minimum 8 weeks
  • Year 3: end-of-degree internships in project management – minimum 16 weeks

During the internships, students have follow-up sessions with their Career Services coach. At the end of each internship, an assessment of the internship will be conducted.

TBS Education shares offers and company contacts with students, along with a list of contacts for the internships carried out by former students. However, it is the student’s responsibility to find their internships; an important learning experience before taking the plunge into the working world.

Citizen Service

The Citizen Service aims to instill a sense of responsibility and an awareness of the reality of today’s society in our students through volunteering at solidarity organizations.

Students must dedicate a total of 50 hours to support an NGO or association with social aims.

Teaching & Assessment Methodology

The teaching methods at TBS Education are diverse and combine presentations, professional and academic conferences, workshops for the development of management skills, case study work sessions, intensive use of teamwork and project development.

There is not only one single method of evaluation, a combination of assessment instruments are used for each subject, including exercises, short tests, projects, essays, case studies and exams. Less conventional methods, such as participation assessment, peer assessments between students and self-assessment are also used.
