CSR – EQUAL.ID
This program aims to combat gender inequality in companies and help TBS’s female students and graduates to free themselves from self-imposed obstacles or prejudices that may hold them back in their careers.
Established in 2008, this partnership was originally based on the Young Entrepreneur MBA Program. The aim was to create a training program which focused on management issues specific to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Since 2012, this partnership has evolved to support the TBSeeds business incubator: an initiative which assists 12 start-up ventures a year, and enables many other students to fine-tune their entrepreneurial projects. One of TBS’s missions is to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of its students. Since 2012 with the creation of TBSeeds business incubator, 93 projects have been supported.
