Career services

The Career Services provides Master in Management students with a Personalized Coaching Program to set them on their ideal professional path. Our main goal is to help students find employment that meets their professional interests within the current market context. Our Personalized Coaching Program is divided into three main stages:

1^st & ^2nd Semester

Professional Project Definition

During this stage, we will provide you with the tools you need so that you can get to know yourself better and think about your professional project. You will have the opportunity to do a Personality test, Personal interviews and identify your Personal skills.

3^rd & 4^th Semester

Internship & First Job Supporting

The Career Services organizes activities to assist you in developing your networking skills and introduce you to the business world: Business forums, Job day, Conferences and Company presentations.

After Graduation

Professional Career Advice

You will have the opportunity to participate to Workshops and to have access to a dedicated plateform for Employment Opportunities.

TBS Education prepares managers and business executives who are involved in their companies or organizations and transmit the values acquired during their studies. One of the key elements behind the success of our development is our Alumni Association. It is based in Toulouse and is represented worldwide by chapters of exceptionally dynamic graduates. TBS Education alumni have a close relationship with the school. They actively collaborate with us to advise our students, improve the education provided and promote TBS Education.

TBS Education seeks to encourage your entrepreneurial spirit, inspiring you to think outside the box and incubating your ideas. As such, students with an entrepreneurial spirit are energized by the favorable environment that enables their idea to become a reality.

Throughout the program, TBS Education offers courses dedicated to entrepreneurship to assist students.

Entrepreneurship Expertise

Artemis Business Game: You will manage a virtual company by skillfully articulating your decisions in the areas of strategy, marketing, logistics and accounting and financial management.

Entrepreneur business pre-orientation: As part of the courses dedicated to business pre-orientation, you will benefit from one month of lessons entirely dedicated to the entrepreneurial approach.

SESAME Consulting: You will carry out a real consulting mission in one of the twenty TBS Education partner companies.

TBSeeds Incubator

Our TBSeeds incubator supports business creation initiatives each year and allows dozens of other students to refine their start-up.

It offers students real support: individual coaching (available in English and/or French), more than 50 hours of group workshops covering the different aspects of project set-up, advice from sectoral or technical experts, dedicated premises in the city center and even networking with external partners. Projects within TBSeeds incubator can also benefit from its International Reach.
