General Information 

What is a Master Of Science (MSc)? 

The TBS Education Master of Science (MSc) programs are 12-month programs that take place on the Toulouse, Paris, Barcelona, or Casablanca campuses. Most of our MSc programs are taught 100% in English, but we also offer a mix of French and English for some of the courses. What degree will I obtain? 

If you successfully complete your MSc, you will obtain the equivalent of a 2-year Master level degree (Master 2). 

Do you have different intakes? 

All our MSc programs have one intake per year and start in September. Exception: The MILES Preparatory Program (6-month preparatory program + 12-month MSc SCALE) starts in January. 

Is French mandatory? 

For programs taught in English, French is not mandatory. For programs taught in French: French native language or B2 level or equivalent is required. Please note that if you wish to work or have your internship in France, you must have at least an intermediate level in French.

Requirements and Application Process 

What kind of student profile are we looking for? 

We welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities who are fluent in English. Candidates should be junior graduates with Bachelor degrees in domains related to Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Applied Economics, or in other fields such as Engineering or Mathematics. If your studies were different than the ones mentioned, you can still apply if you have some work experience in the field you want to study in at TBS Education.

What are the requirements? 

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS 

You have direct access to the MSc program once you’ve obtained a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (240 ECTS) or equivalent. 

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS 

For programs taught in English: IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 90 or TBS English Test B2 or equivalent. 

For programs taught in English and French (bilingual programs): IELTS 6.0 or equivalent & DELF B2 or equivalent. 

If you are a native speaker or have studied your last programme 100% in that language, you are exempt from providing the proof of language proficiency.

How is the academic calendar structured for MSc programs at TBS Education, and how are the ECTS credits distributed throughout the year? 

The academic calendar for MSc programs at TBS Education is structured to provide a comprehensive learning experience over a 12-month period, combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications. The distribution of ECTS credits and key components of the program are as follows: 

  • Professional Expertise (49 ECTS): This component runs from September to March and includes specialized courses that develop students’ professional skills in their chosen field. 
  • Soft Skills (6 ECTS): These courses are conducted from September to December, focusing on developing essential soft skills such as leadership, communication, and teamwork. 
  • Consultancy Assignment (5 ECTS): Taking place from January to March, this assignment allows students to work on real-world consultancy projects, applying their theoretical knowledge to practical problems. 
  • Master Dissertation & Internship (30 ECTS): From April to August, students engage in an internship and work on their master dissertation, combining practical industry experience with academic research. 

The total ECTS credits for the program amount to 90, ensuring a well-rounded education that equips students with both academic knowledge and practical skills.

What are the supporting documents required during my application? 

Supporting documents to be uploaded during your online application: 

  • Bachelor’s degree certificate(s) or current enrollment certificate 
  • All official academic transcripts (Year 1, 2, 3…) obtained in a higher education institution with official GPA 
  • Resume (CV)

  • Official copy of English language proficiency test score report: IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 90 or TBS English Test B2 or equivalent (for MSc taught in English or bilingual)

Tuition Fees & Scholarships 

What are the fees? 

Application fee: 100€ 

Tuition Fees: All MScs in Toulouse, Paris, Barcelona cost 18,500€ except for specific programs which cost 20,000€.

Do you have scholarships? 

TBS Education has several types of discounts. These discounts award up to 25% discount on tuition fees. 

  • Merit discount: Once you apply, you will automatically be considered for this scholarship. This scholarship is based on your grades, English test score, and general profile. 
  • Early Bird discount: You are eligible if your application is complete (payment of 1st installment included) before 31st December for a program starting in September/October of the next year. 
  • Partner University discount: You are eligible if you come from a partner university or if you come from a triple accredited Business School. 
  • Sibling discount: If you have a brother or sister who is currently enrolled in a TBS program, you will receive a 15% discount on your tuition fees.  

Is there a service which helps international students coming to TBS Education? 

TBS Education has an International Student Services (ISS) team which helps international students with all practical issues such as: housing, visas, banking, healthcare, French administrative procedures, and more. Students will be contacted by TBS Education’s International Student Services team before their arrival to advise about the preparations needed for their arrival.
