The program trains students to pursue a successful career in Brand Content Management and related communication activities.
The program also prepares students to design, produce and manage communication tools and brand content campaigns for a brand. The manager has to be cross-functional: the manager masters the main strategies and tools needed to communicate an effective and clear positioning to the brand audience(s).
In addition, the program provides the knowledge on strategic marketing thinking, while integrating a sustainability-driven mindset.

1. Understanding the customer journey
Objective: At the end of this unit course, students will be able to analyze consumer behavior, conduct comprehensive market research, and utilize customer insights for strategic business decisions. The course unit is designed to enhance students’ ability to interpret diverse consumer data and develop informed, adaptive marketing strategies.
2. Marketing in a contemporary world
Objective: At the end of this unit, students will have learned the essential skills for ethical decision-making, global marketing, and digital strategy execution. The course fosters proficiency in ethical practices, cultural competence, and digital engagement to navigate the complexities of modern marketing landscapes.
3. Product management and business development
Objective: At the end of this unit, students will know how to develop and implement marketing strategies and manage product life cycles from inception to commercialization. They will also be equipped to identify and capitalize on retail and business development opportunities, creating integrated commercial plans that align internal stakeholders and external customers globally.
4. Proactive and reactive strategies for marketers
Objective: At the end of this unit, students will have learned to proactively develop and apply strategic marketing tactics and reactively formulate crisis communication responses.
5. Analytical and creative skills to enhance business performance
Objective: At the end of this unit students will be trained in marketing planning in a B2B context. They will also learn how digital is changing marketing strategy. They will approach the monitoring of marketing strategy performance through web and social media analytics.
6. Digital media and advertising
Objective: The overall objective of this course unit is to provide students with a holistic understanding of modern communication strategies, focusing on digital platforms, media planning, and ethical advertising practices within the framework of a resource-constrained world, fostering a responsible and sustainable approach to marketing and media.
7. Brand content and management
Objective: The objective of this course unit is to equip students with skills to create, manage, and communicate a brand’s identity through strategic management, persuasive copywriting, innovative storytelling, and cohesive visual design.
8. Master dissertation: Research methods in marketing
Objective: At the end of this course, students will be able to conceptualize and conduct marketing research effectively and articulate their findings in a well-structured dissertation.

The Career Services is a support center that helps students define and develop their career project. Through several lectures, workshops, individual tests and coaching sessions, a specialist will support each student from their first questions to looking for the right internship or job.
Coaching We support you in your reflection on your skills, strengths and areas for improvement. Through personality tests and individual coaching, we link this self-knowledge to your ambitions and career choices.
Personal Branding You will participate in workshops to build your CV and e-portfolio to best highlight your experiences and skills for your future employers.
Consulting ASSIGNEMENT
A unique exercise that is a major asset in your program! For the account of prestigious TBS Education partner companies, students, coached by the professors, carry out a strategic diagnosis aiming to analyze its competitive position, then propose strategic and operational recommendations to meet its challenges.

Master Dissertation
Objective: Increase your brain agility to anticipate and solve complex business issues in your field of expertise.
Each student in this MSc program is required to write a dissertation which addresses a current issue in management from an academic or professional perspective in his field of expertise.
The student thus contributes to the study, analysis, formalization and abstraction of the identified problem.
BUSINESS INTERNSHIP
Students may carry out an internship in the company of their choice for a period of 4 months minimum. This internship is not mandatory for the validation of the diploma.
