TBS Education confirms its leadership in social responsibility by ranking 2nd in the 2025 Challenges CSR Ranking, while also securing an impressive 3rd place for social inclusion.

This recognition rewards the school’s structured commitment to building a fairer, more inclusive and more sustainable society.

More than a ranking, it reflects the strength of the model TBS Education upholds as a mission-driven school, resolutely focused on positive impact.

A performance built on measurable social indicators

The Challenges CSR ranking is based on concrete indicators related to equality, inclusion and diversity.
To establish this ranking, Challenges evaluates:
• the proportion of scholarship students,
• the number of students on work-study programmes,
• the share of women within the permanent faculty,
• the Pénicaud Index measuring gender equality,
• the DD&RS label, which attests to a mature and structured sustainability strategy.

Across all these criteria, TBS Education stands out for the strength and consistency of its actions, earning its position as the 2nd-ranked business school in France.

A 3rd place in social inclusion: a defining part of our identity

Social inclusion has long been a cornerstone of TBS Education.
The school’s 3rd place in this category reflects concrete actions and a long-term commitment to widening access:

• a high proportion of scholarship students, above the national average for business schools,
• strengthened financial accessibility through work-study programmes, financial aid schemes and tailored support,
• strong partnerships with high schools, equal-opportunity organisations and local stakeholders,
• tutoring, mentoring and individual academic support to foster student success,
• a proactive strategy to reduce social, cultural and geographical barriers at entry and throughout the student journey.

This ranking underscores TBS Education’s ambition to make social diversity a collective asset and a driving force for transformation.

A comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the school’s mission

TBS Education’s strong CSR performance is the result of long-term and wide-ranging efforts:
• a transformation of academic programmes to embed the major transition challenges,
• the expansion of impact-oriented research,
• continuous improvement of internal practices,
• strong engagement from the student community,
• and the ongoing achievement of the DD&RS label, demonstrating robust governance and a mature sustainability approach.

TBS Education is also committed to the “ACT Pas à Pas” decarbonisation approach, the higher-education adaptation of ADEME’s low-carbon strategy.

Defining a realistic and ambitious decarbonisation trajectory means giving TBS Education a coherent direction, fully aligned with what we teach our students,” explains Béatrice Chandellier, Director of Societal Transition.

In parallel, the school is conducting its second carbon assessment and continuing its work related to the DD&RS label. These initiatives reinforce one another and support the development of the new strategic plan, with a strong commitment to exemplarity.

A recognition that strengthens our collective ambition

This 2nd-place national ranking reinforces the relevance and credibility of the model championed by TBS Education.
It encourages the school to pursue and expand its efforts to train responsible leaders capable of driving a more sustainable and inclusive future.

TBS Education will continue to innovate, experiment and lead the way, ensuring that CSR is not only a strategic priority but also a daily reality for students, communities and society at large.
