The GIS EAU TOULOUSE (Toulouse Water Scientific Interest Group) aims to promote, encourage and support collaborative research activities in the field of water for all its partners. Research projects aimed at sustainable development and respectful management of water resources, both qualitative and quantitative, from upstream to downstream, on a small and large scale, and in the context of climate change and global change more generally are encouraged.

The GIS EAU TOULOUSE brings together the following institutions:

Charline COLLARD, Lecturer-Researcher at the Work, Employment and Health Laboratory at TBS Education, is the representative of TBS Education within GIS EAU TOULOUSE, in conjunction with the Centre of Excellence for CSR&SD – Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainable Development at TBS Education.

Charline COLLARD studies how low-tech beaver-mimetic techniques used by citizens influence their (re)connection to rivers and local water governance. This research is part of the RESTOR project – Economic, social and environmental regeneration of river environments through ‘beaver medicine’, funded by the TIRIS programme.
