Choosing the authenticity, choosing TBS Education

At the time I was preparing business school interviews, I was genuinely torn between Grenoble, which was ranked higher at that moment, and Toulouse. However, when I walked through the doors of TBS Education, I felt something unique. An atmosphere, an energy, an authenticity that made all the difference. I knew immediately that this was where I wanted to build my future.

I am Séverine Georges-Tudo, a graduate of the Master in Management Program at TBS Education, and now Head of Sales Development at Salesforce. But my journey began much earlier.

From consumer marketing to the speed of tech

I started my career in demanding, collective performance-oriented groups such as Danone and then Lactalis, where I developed my marketing expertise. I then made a shift to the tech sector (Kodak, then Veepee), which was offering greater growth potential at the time. It was in this environment, particularly in e-commerce, that I cut my teeth. It’s a hyper-agile environment where speed, curiosity, and innovation are the keys to success.
E-commerce was a real catalyst, allowing me to consolidate my skills in performance management, customer acquisition, and multi-channel management.

The Google Turning Point and Salesforce school of sales

The real turning point was joining the sales teams at Google. There, I discovered scaling, the ambition of a global ecosystem, and a culture of speed. This experience paved the way for my current role.
However, it was at Salesforce, the ultimate sales school, that I was able to hone my sales skills.
Today, based in Dublin, I lead the business development teams for the French market. My mission, and that of my teams, is to secure the future of Salesforce in France through two major areas of focus:

  • Large-scale prospecting. We coach teams to identify business opportunities that will generate tomorrow’s revenue, with a particular focus on AI projects.
  • Talent recruitment and development. We train the company’s future top salespeople.

It is an extremely intellectually stimulating environment, constantly evolving, addressing all types of sectors and departments.

International openness: a TBS education heritage

My years at TBS Education gave me a taste for international experiences. My double degree with the Technische Universität Berlin was a turning point, opening my mind, giving me confidence, and preparing me to thrive in multicultural environments.

So, be bold! Don’t let prejudice or fear hold you back. Explore, try new things, go abroad, and above all, develop your network. Reinvent yourself regularly to stay agile and open to opportunities. Stay curious and build a career path that reflects who you are.
