This research project between ENEDIS, the UNIVERSITE SAVOIE MONT BLANC (USBM), and TBS Education is the subject of CIFRE Agreement No. 2024/0649 from the ANRT with a view to a doctoral thesis.
The research work has been entrusted by ENEDIS to Lisa DUQUESNAY, an ENEDIS employee and doctoral student, supervised academically by Laurent Giraud, teacher-researcher at the Institut de Recherche en Gestion et Economie (IREGE) – USBM and by Christian GNEKPE, teacher-researcher at the Entrepreneuriat & Stratégie laboratory at TBS Education.
The transition in a professional career represents both a temporal marker and a space for transformation. This process is experienced simultaneously as an individual and collective experience, and as an event in its own right.
This research addresses the central concern of characterising this place, state and status of change in order to better understand the phenomenon of individual and organisational resilience and “rebound”. It is part of a qualitative approach aimed at producing a study of the “ECA case” (Enedis Conseil et Action), which is emerging as an example and model of support for professional transition, and a field for managerial innovation.
The foundation and architecture of this study are based on our sustained commitment to the ethnographic relationship during a fifteen-month period of immersion within Enedis Conseil et Action, Enedis’ internal consultancy structure. This immersion enabled us to explore the dynamics of the emergence of resilience and the identity-building processes that mark the career transition paths of its members.
This research calls on academic research skills in the following areas:
The project is scheduled to last 36 months from 01/09/2024 to 31/08/2027.
