Chair in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science

The Chair in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, funded by APEM (IDEC Group), a company specialising in Man-Machine Interface Solutions, aims to develop innovative research and training activities.

The research focuses on the strategic use of data and artificial intelligence techniques, the contribution of data science and artificial intelligence to the supply chain and supply management.

Preferred research themes:

  • Acculturation of a company to data, its processing and artificial intelligence.
  • Implementation of data governance models in companies
  • Implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance processes in production lines
  • Implementing synthetic rates of return thanks to data science and artificial intelligence in production lines
  • Use of computer vision to predict faults in production lines
  • Adoption, acceptance and use of generative artificial intelligence tools by companies and their employees.

Training: Strengthen the contributions of students from different programmes to the study of strategic issues in corporate projects.

This Chair is headed by Kevin CARILLO, Lecturer and Researcher in the Information, Operations and Decision Sciences Laboratory at TBS Education.

The Chair is funded for a period of 3 years from 2023 to 2026.
