The School of Educational Well-Being

TBS Education enters a new era with its strategic plan for 2026-2031, collectively built around four priorities: pedagogical well-being, academic excellence, employability, and international openness.

The school is also preparing a new sports and landscaped campus in Entiore (2026-2027), designed as a sustainable living and learning space, featuring a multi-sport area, a mixed-use stadium, and relaxation spaces.

By 2030, the transformation of the historic Lascrosses site into a center for events and gatherings will strengthen the links between alumni, companies, and the local community.

International expansion, new campus, and new president

In November 2025, TBS Education embarks on a new chapter with the appointment of Éric Ducournau as the president of the school. As the leader of the Pierre Fabre group, he brings an international vision grounded in a strong connection to Occitanie.
His arrival marks a pivotal moment in the implementation of the 2026-2030 strategic plan, guided by a shared ambition: to make TBS Education a school of impact, open to the world while staying true to its Toulouse roots.

In October 2025, TBS Education inaugurates its new campus in Casablanca in the heart of the Casablanca Finance City district, symbolizing the school's growing influence in North Africa.

The school obtains the “Bienvenue en France” label at the highest level and initiates the co-construction of the 2026-2031 strategic plan with the participatory approach “Designing the Desirable Futures of TBS Education”.

In 1987, it opened up to the world with the establishment of Entiore campus and Marrakech, and then founded the ESEC of Barcelona in 1995, in partnership with the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Fulfilment and modernity

After the war, the school enters a period of excitement.

In 1949, the creation of the student association organized student life and established traditions that are still alive today.

Twenty years later, the introduction of marketing and the establishment of the Junior Enterprise revolutionize pedagogy, placing practical experience and an entrepreneurial spirit at the heart of education.

The foundations of a prestigious school

Recognized by the State in 1903, the Toulouse Business School has been training future leaders of the regional economy since its inception.

In 1915, the first two female graduates, Renée Cède and Antoinette Subsol, established the school as a pioneer of gender integration in higher education.

During the 1920s-1930s, the associative life and the Commerce Ball strengthened the community's cohesion.

Even during World War II, the school maintained its courses, driven by the commitment of its director Jean Pradès, who protected students and resistors.
